Products such as innerwear, cosmetics, or personalized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and customization reasons.

Refunds

Once your returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you received a free shipping offer, standard shipping charges may be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the requested item is unavailable, a full refund will be processed instead.
